The simulated bone is made from a modern, poured epoxy and fiber reinforced composite material and the tip is made from Delrin. 
This is a tough, fun and functional product.
At under 6 Lbs it is light enough to be used in the distance throwing competition and heavy enough to not be affected by wind when throwing for accuracy.
The throwing board at 3" wide also makes a great rolling Norsac.
